The owners of the Drake restaurant in downtown Bend had a vision in mind. It involved amazing food, incredible customer service, and a serious commitment to community. With those cues, we designed a brand that exudes character, a nod to history and the memory of a timeless, simple lifestyle. As customers packed the joint, we collaborated to craft a brand for the Washington, a complementary sister restaurant in a popular Westside neighborhood. Along the way, we even won a “Best of Show” award for the Drake logo design in the Oregon Advertising Awards. The other bonus? Menu testing.
